When should I order for Christmas?+
For most Australian addresses, order by Tuesday 15 December (11:59pm UK time) with free standard delivery, or by Thursday 17 December with Express at checkout. Western Australia: Monday 14 December. The Northern Territory and regional or remote addresses: Thursday 10 December. These dates are based on Australia Post's Christmas delivery dates, less our packing time. Australia Post doesn't guarantee delivery days, so earlier is always safer.
Can they open it before Christmas?+
That's up to them. The box arrives when Australia Post delivers it, which can be a week or more before the 25th, so if you want it saved for the day, tell them it's coming. Your message waits behind the QR code until they scan it, so Christmas morning still works.
Can I hide the price?+
Yes. No price goes in the box, and the receipt comes to you, not them.
Can I add wine, and can it go to the NT?+
Some boxes can add a Poco Vino Piccolo. Someone 18 or over has to sign for it, so it can't be left if nobody's home, and wine can't be delivered to the Northern Territory. If you add one, use the standard order date. The boxes themselves can go to the NT; order by Thursday 10 December.
Do I need to post anything from the UK?+
No. You order here, online. We hand-pack the box in Sydney and Australia Post delivers it within Australia, so there's no international parcel and no customs form.
